She began dancing at the age of 3 under the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Technique (UK). Ms Marie has extensive training in ballet, jazz, theatre dance, hip hop, heels dance, and Latin rhythms. Over the years she has had the opportunity to train in different schools like Centro Cultural Virginia Fábregas in México City, Estudio Liliana Belfiore in Argentina, Alvin Ailey Dance School in NYC, and continues her training in different schools like Broadway Dance Center. In 2019 she became a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) certified teacher.
In Quito, Ecuador she directed, choreographed, and starred in leading roles as a dancer and singer in different musical theatre shows like Mamma Mia, Grease, Jesus Chris Superstar, Wizard of Oz, and more. She also performed soloist roles in different ballets such as Clara and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Kitri in Don Quixote, and Lily Fairy in Sleeping Beauty just to mention a few. Ms. Marie is very excited to share the art of dance with the students at MVP Dance Complex.
